Director and Licensed Estate Agent Russell has been selling real estate since 2008, with a main focus on the Mornington Peninsula, yet never afraid to venture beyond to achieve results for his clients.
Russell has worked in all aspects of the industry, including commercial and industrial sales and leasing, business brokering, residential sales and "off-plan" townhouse and apartment developments.
A background in plumbing and construction, and experience with his partner Anna in property renovations and townhouse developments allows Russell to look at properties with a much more open mind, providing prospective purchasers with the knowledge of opportunities that an established home may hold, unlocking extra value for them and for you.
Underpinning his success in achieving outstanding results is Russell's personable approach to everyone he meets, whether they be vendors, purchasers, suppliers or his favourite barista in his much-loved Main Street. At ease with the most formal of settings or most casual of worksites, Russell's professional yet easy going personality helps him relate to people from all walks of life, helping to establish his reputation for honesty, integrity and transparency.
A passion for her beloved Mornington Peninsula and the amazing people that reside here has culminated in an incredible career for Sophie.
In 2013 she started in administration and customer service, developing a skillset and enthusiasm to provide an outstanding and unrivalled customer service experience. That same energy still resonates today, as buyers, sellers and suppliers constantly recognise Sophie for her approachable demeanour, fun personality and infectious smile.
An active lifestyle sees Sophie hiking many of the incredible locations we have on offer locally, including Arthurs Seat, the Two Bays Trail and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula National Park, before heading out to enjoy some of the country's best live music talent at one of our many incredible venues.
